Legio XV is your tropical hammer with a citrus edge: creamy coconut, ripe banana, and juicy pineapple meet a cheeky mix of sour citrus fruits. Dense, loud, summery: like an overloaded tiki cocktail in a glass, just as a highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate.
Flavor Profile
Creamy Coconut Base
Soft, sweet coconut as the backbone: round, creamy, full-bodied, giving the whole thing that "beach cocktail" feeling.
Ripe Banana Note
Gentle, natural banana sweetness that fills out the profile without sliding into baby food or artificial banana.
Juicy Pineapple Top Note
Bright, fresh pineapple with a light bite: brings acidity, juiciness, and that typical "vacation in a glass" vibe.
Sour Citrus Mix
A blend of lime and lemon style notes that tightens everything up, breaks the sweetness, and makes sure Legio XV comes across not sticky but refreshing instead.
How to Use
A highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate: just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
turn cocktails, spritzers & mocktails into a full-fledged tropical drink
-
crank up yogurts, skyr, bowls, or desserts with a piña colada citrus twist
-
turn ice cream, sorbets & popsicles into loud summer smash hits
-
give syrups, glazes, fillings an exotic "all-inclusive hotel bar" feeling
Always work your way up slowly: Legio XV is not a background flavor, it is built to take over the stage.
Why Legio XV from the Legio Line?
-
No run-of-the-mill tropical mix: Coconut + banana + pineapple + citrus = a grown-up tropical profile, not multivitamin juice.
-
Crowd-pleasing, but full of character: Everyone instantly recognizes "tropical", but the citrus edge prevents any cloying sweetness.
-
Ideal for summer & signature recipes: Strong wherever you want to press sun, beach & cocktail feeling into a product.
Bottom Line
If your creations should taste like a thick tropical cocktail with clear citrus freshness, then Legio XV is your tool.
Perfect for turning harmless recipes into "Tropical Mayhem", in just a few drops.
