Uranos from the Lyons Regency Line is a heavy, warm donut dessert flavor: a freshly fried cinnamon sugar donut, filled with a nutty walnut vanilla crème and topped with a soft caramel glaze. Sweet, spiced, nutty, and maximum "comfort food": like an over-the-top dessert version of a fairground donut, only as a highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate.
Flavor Profile
Cinnamon Sugar Donut
Soft, fried dough with a distinct cinnamon sugar note: warm, sweet, slightly buttery, clearly pointing toward a classic donut with a cinnamon sugar coating.
Walnut Vanilla Crème
A creamy filling with walnut character and gentle vanilla: nutty, slightly bittersweet, adding depth and making the profile more grown-up than just sugar & cinnamon.
Caramel Glaze
A soft, light caramel glaze that ties everything together: sweet, buttery, round, more like a thin layer of caramel than heavy toffee.
How to Use
Highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate: just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
make creams, puddings, mousses & desserts in a glass taste like a "filled cinnamon donut with walnut vanilla crème"
-
crank up cheesecakes, cake fillings, frostings & glazes with a clear donut dessert profile
-
turn ice cream, milkshakes, bowls, or protein creams into a warm, cinnamon-nutty comfort dessert
Dosage: Approach with caution. Uranos is very present in sweetness, spice, and nuttiness. Too much, and you crush every nuance in the recipe.
Why Uranos by Headshot?
-
A clear donut dessert profile: Cinnamon sugar donut + walnut vanilla + caramel: no generic "bakery" mush.
-
Nutty depth instead of just sugar: Walnut brings character and keeps it from feeling like a cheap sugar bomb.
-
Perfect for outrageous dessert creations: Ideal when you're deliberately going over the top and want something that tastes like "cheat day," not like a diet.
The Bottom Line
If your creations should taste like a freshly fried cinnamon sugar donut with walnut vanilla filling and caramel glaze, Uranos is your dessert battering ram: loud, warm, nutty, sweet. Exactly right for the Lyons Regency Line. Anything less would be boring.
