Morpheus from the Lyons Regency Line is an unusual hybrid: a sunny mix of yellow fruits (mango, mandarin, orange) meets ice-cold Indian spice chai and a soft vanilla finish. Fruity, spiced, cool in effect, like an exotic iced chai citrus drink, only as a highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate.
Flavor Profile
Yellow Fruit Mix
Ripe mango, zesty mandarin, and orange: sweet, fruity, with clear citrus freshness. Feels like a "yellow fruit" smoothie base, not like candy.
Indian Spice Chai
A spiced chai character with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, maybe ginger: aromatic, warm in taste, but designed as "iced chai," so not heavy and Christmassy, but light and drinkable.
Vanilla Finish
Gentle vanilla that rounds off the spices and connects the fruit with the chai: it makes the profile softer, creamier in impression, and prevents any harsh edges.
How to Use
A highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate: just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
give drinks & mocktails an exotic yellow fruit iced chai twist
-
upgrade desserts, creams, or yogurts with a combination of fruit & spiced tea notes
-
push bowls, puddings, or patisserie elements toward an "exotic chai fruit dream"
Especially important: work your way up slowly. Morpheus is complex in taste, and the chai part in particular can shoot forward when overdosed.
Why Morpheus by Headshot?
-
No standard fruit flavor: Yellow fruits combined with iced chai & vanilla. Highly distinctive within the lineup.
-
Ideal for experimental creations: Perfect when you want something that deliberately tastes "different" and breaks away from the classic dessert formula.
-
Layer-ready: Works on its own, but also shines as a layer in more complex recipes (e.g. with cream, yogurt, honey, almonds).
Bottom Line
If your creations should taste like an exotic, spiced yellow fruit iced chai with a soft vanilla finish, Morpheus is your tool: bold, distinctive, and exactly right for everyone who refuses to settle for run-of-the-mill fruit.
