Kronos from the Lyons Regency Line is a heavy, noble dessert flavor: creamy white chocolate mousse, roasted pistachios, and a sweet, butter-soft caramel creme. Dense, nutty, creamy, and fully tuned for dessert: like a fine dining dessert plate with white chocolate, pistachio, and caramel sauce, compressed into a highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate.
Flavor Profile
White Chocolate Mousse
A velvety soft white chocolate note: sweet, creamy, round, without bitter cocoa, but with a clear "mousse" character.
Roasted Pistachio
Nutty, slightly earthy, and distinctly roasted in impression. Gives Kronos character, depth, and a grown-up, slightly savory counterpoint to the sweetness.
Caramel Creme
Buttery soft caramel, closer to a silky caramel cream than a hard toffee bomb. Connects nut & chocolate and lays a golden layer of sweetness over everything.
How to Use
A highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate: just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
turn creams, mousses, puddings & desserts in a glass into a white chocolate pistachio caramel bomb
-
give cheesecakes, cake fillings, tarts, frostings, or glazes a clear "pistachio white choc" signature profile
-
give ice cream, parfaits, semifreddo, or gelato a noble, nutty-creamy dessert character
-
push bowls, protein creams, yogurts, or quark toward "high-end pistachio dessert"
Dose slowly: Kronos is heavy and intense. Too much, and you crush everything else in the recipe.
Why Kronos by Headshot?
-
Luxury dessert profile: White chocolate, pistachio & caramel in one clean, clearly recognizable flavor.
-
Nutty, not cheaply sweet: Pistachio brings noble nuttiness and keeps it from tasting like generic caramel pudding.
-
Perfect for premium creations: Ideal when you are looking for something that instantly screams "expensive dessert", not the ice cream shop next door.
Bottom Line
If your creations should taste like creamy white chocolate with roasted pistachio and soft caramel creme, Kronos is your premium dessert lever: heavy, noble, rich. If any flavor in the Lyons Regency Line is allowed to scream "luxury", it is this one.
