Demeter from the Lyons Regency Line tastes like a fresh cookie dessert from the patisserie: warm, buttery cookies dipped in soft vanilla custard and topped with sweet strawberry jam. Dense, creamy, sweet, and unmistakably dessert, like a modern cookie custard jam layer, compressed into a highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate.
Flavor Profile
Warm Cookie
A buttery, lightly caramelized cookie note: think freshly baked cookies with golden brown edges, not dry factory cookies.
Vanilla Custard
A soft, creamy vanilla custard note: round, sweet, binding, and the heart of the dessert character.
Strawberry Jam
A sweet, fruity strawberry jam note with light acidity: sits like a topping on cookie & custard and brings color and freshness to the profile.
How to Use
A highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate. Just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
make creams, mousses, yogurts & jar desserts taste like "cookie with vanilla custard & strawberry jam"
-
upgrade cheesecakes, cake fillings, frostings & glazes with cookie custard jam vibes
-
spin ice cream, milkshakes, bowls, or protein creams into a sweet, bakery-heavy dessert profile
Always dose sparingly: Demeter is designed as a full dessert profile and quickly takes over the leading role.
Why Demeter by Headshot?
-
A clearly defined dessert stack: Cookie + custard + strawberry jam in one flavor instead of three separate, flat notes.
-
Maximum comfort factor: Sweet, warm, creamy, fruity: works for a broad audience.
-
Perfect as a "feel-good" flavor: Ideal for all creations that should taste like real dessert and not like a "light product".
The Bottom Line
If your creations should come across like a warm cookie dessert with vanilla custard and strawberry jam, Demeter is exactly the flavor for it: heavy in the dessert segment, clearly positioned in the Lyons Regency Line. Anything less would be wasted potential.
